Carl!
Wow! These kits are pretty inclusive and parts rich! ( I chuckled at the track pins ) I am going to have to give serious thought to these guys for any small 1/16 and 1/18 scale kits ( like a couple of German trucks ) that I want to RC. Following along avidly!
regards,
Painless

Thank you Mr Painless. It is a really inclusive kit for the money $199 USD. I forgot the speaker and mount to show you guys. They offer an incredible number of conversion kits for 1:35 scale too. Image

Here is a better detail of the motors mounts and transmission setup. Really nicely engineered setup. The gears are enclosed in the metal transmission covers here's some pictures. I'm pointing to the final drives - CrazyImageImage

One more post before its off to bedImage Here's a few pictures of the gearboxes sitting on the hull mounting plate and some more detailed pictures of the turret ring. The turret ring appears to be quite robust and well designed. The transmissions have grooves welded underneath to allow for final adjustments as they can slide forward and back. Then once everything is Lined up you can sink the 6 mounting screws. The last photos are of the leaf springs before and after I assemble them. Until next time Image ImageImageImageImageImageImage

A very cool piece of kit, Carl. Everything looks very nicely designed and machined. It'll be exciting to see (and hear!) it all up and running.

That is a beautiful kit, some very nice parts.

I was tempted by the kit and a Luchs but ended up getting the Jagdpanzer.

I'll keep watching your progress :)
