There's nothing Wrong with the mechanism.

I own several Clark boards they all operate different servos and the servos are not specific to the Clark board the only time I've ever had an issue with servos is when I didn't check the mechanism or the linkage burning out of multiple servos doesn't explain anything to do with the Clark board why don't you take some photos of your setup so we can look at them maybe even a video of your setup in action hope this helps

Ditto, same with IBU, etc etc. Only time I've had servos burn out is when they're unable to finish their movement and are stalled for a period of time.

I agree all seems to be working fine. The only thing I noticed is on the recoil servo The very end of the half round servo gear is at the very end of its teeth and could possibly bind up from time to time. All appears fine to me. So everthing works smoothly as in the video and then suddenly stops?

Yup looks good to me. Unless the barrel is hitting the inside of the mantlet when it returns to rest it seems to be working as nature intended, the only possibility is that the raised bit in the groove is hitting the end of the groove before the servo stops turning. It 'looks' ok, but its worth checking, and it might be an idea to adjust the toothed wheel so that it doesn't push the barrel all the way forward. A couple of mm's of clearance should ensure that it never hits. Servo's don't always move an exact distance, so if that raised part hits the outer a few times, it will stay there straining on the servo until you fire the gun again.

Repeatedly firing the gun will mask the problem as the servo is not at the fully forward position long enough to burn it out.

That's the only solution I can think of, the servo and the Clark board are both working ok.

OK guys I've used the Tiger 1 a few times now and these servos seam to be holding up well.
All I can say is my board did not like digital servos.
The sound is a lot better than the STD unit.
I've got to mess around with my transmitter a bit but its all fun now. The wife has a guts full of the tiger sounds and the dogs don't like it whin I machine gun them or fire the big gun at them. I think its the flash LOL
