Crazy. The Olive green sprayed horribly tonight. I might Need to do some touchups here and there after it is dried.

Atm I have another problem, I am not absolutely sure about the engine deck camo. The sides look ok I think. On the back, on the other hand, I seem to be missing something.

A thing that makes me wonder is, although it is based on a published pattern, the colour selection makes it look so different. This resedagrun is strange stuff. Maxmekka used the ak version on his Panther F and that looks quit alot darker. Also I cant imagine why they used dunkelgelb and those even lighter shades at the end. Modern Nato camo is dark green, black and brown and the terrain didn't change that much. On the other hand I have seen pictures of Leopard tanks from Sweden or the Netherlands with some bright / green dark green combinations. We will se how it turns out.

ive never seen a " worm pattern " like that in the diagram before ! but i always thought the "worms "were far shorter ? also i like the usual colours you've used but ive tried that dark brown and it never looks right ! but as i said the worm pattern imo should be much shorter and never traverse the whole hull ??? have you tried vallejo leather brown no147 ral 8027? but i feel your pain its a very strange/difficult pattern to do but you've done a great job mate !

Well, I dont know about the top being spared from the camo pattern. Top views are wuite rare. On the other Hand, why would the camo stop at the sides? Especially as the Jagdpanther has a sloped Roof.
Image This for instance is "wormlike" and still covers the top as well. On the other Jagdpanzer types the Roof is painted n camo Colors as well. So why not on the Jagdpanther?

Image This is the Interpretation of Dragon regarding that pattern. The "Worms" might as well stop at thew Roof, but it would be strange to stop the whole camo there, as the back view walls still Show camoflage.

As for this camo, It is an Interpretation. It was not that difficult to spray, well some spots were because of the paint behaving not like I wanted it to do, but it was veeeeery time consuming.

Just to let you know. My consideration about the heng Long collar for the gun was correct. Here you can see a Tamiya Collar in a Dragon kit (don´t ask me about that Arrangement please  )

Although the angle of the recess is 90° it is tilted in the scale correct collar and thus leads to a drop of the bottom when mounted, thus allowing for proper Depression of the gun with a scale correct mantlet.

In the heng Long kit the base of the collar is not tilted, so it is horizontal when mounted and only works with their own mantlet that is wrong in proportions. So the mod of cutting up the stock collar and reshape it was well worth it. It is still not absolutely correct. For that also the back where the gun enters the hull would Need to be modified. I wonder why there is no Schumo collar for the JP.

Hello Axels, can you read me?
