Changing from BB to IR

Hello I'm needing some help with a new IR KV-1 turret I bought to replace the BB turret that the tank came with , Obviously the wiring is different and I don't know where the 3 wires 1 red and 2 black wires go , they don't have a plug , any help appreciated .

Pretty sure those 3 wires should go to the small board in the top hull. Same one where your MG and Lights go to.

I know this shows the Asiatam recoil, but its the best I can do

That's where it goes , the only thing now is to figure out what black wire out of the 2 goes where.
