You knocked it off 8O I guess that would happen to me all the time. Maybe you can add sand bags or crates as firing protection or knock off protection in this case.

I was securing the MG into the pintle mount with a screw and I got a bit heavy handed & broke the solder :/
Tank day is upon me, so Im going to super glue it this time & make a new pintle after that.
Only bit left now is to colour match the barrel support, and secure it onto the glacis mounting points with bolts I dont have yet.

Herman,
I hear you on the breakage! I redid that phone wire reel on the M36B1 twice because I could not stop fiddling with it and broke the first turret wall mount. If you get a chance, some video of your Beast running at the Tank Day event, please?
regards,
Painless

Have got the barrel support on, and blended in as best I can.
Commanders aerial is on, and the hull MG is 'metalised' & done.
Have hit the usual areas with pencil to give the worn paint effect.
Pics asap.

It did get a run, yes.
Still to do the bucket and a few other details, but the behemoth ran perfectly and sounded ok, could be a bit louder but hey, it's good enough.
I didn't get any video but I did get creative with my phone camera and hers how it looked on the day.
