That looks like FUN. You need the ice and snow though. Not the same, but it reminds me of when I drove a snowmobile on a frozen river in Finland. Could not throw it around like that, but I got 80 kph out of it.

They're for sale to anyone with the cash. Not cheap though! They have 1 of them in the 2nd G.I.Joe movie.

There are videos on You Tube of them on ice, in snow, mud and sand. Three states of tune, with 80kmh speeds (and a user warning about what might happen to the tracks...)
