Hello all!
My name is Matt, Fmr Royal Navy clearance diver of 7yrs, I've been in to military modeling and RC car's for over 30 yrs now and i'm still planning on buying my 1st RC tank, which will be the Tiger 1, hopefully by the end of this year.
My old man has the Sherman 1/16 computer programmable tank which i'm trying to convince him to convert to full RC..... Mainly so I can have a battle against him... Oh yeah by the way I'm 40 with an mind age of a 12 yr old haha, I just find it hard to shake off my inner youth mind and grow up!
How did I come across this website? Well I was working in the Tameside area of Manchester, when I came across a 4x4 vehicle with a sticker in the rear window saying Manchester Armoured Division RC Tank Club, so if that was you? Please say hi!! haha I will be posting my Tank build as soon as I have the money to buy it, so stand by!
I tend to be more of a passive member rather than an avid poster, although this may change
Just to let the admin know, I work away, a lot.... So excuse me if I occasionally disappear for a month or 2.
