Air soft BB's
I recently bought some new air soft BB's for my tank. Wow ! what a difference! If you buy an tank that comes with BB"s get rid of them because they are junk. I was advised from the forum here from another member to try using a better quality BB. I checked out many different companies and even some videos of people testing different air soft BB's. My studies came up with Elite Force 2.0 Biodegradable BB's as my choice. After receiving them in the mail I loaded my tank up with about 15 to 25 BB's. It was like night and day. They are awesome. The power was amazing. they shot farther and were pretty accurate. Also. I bought a barrel cleaning stick from a company called Evike.com. It is plastic so it will not scratch the inside of the barrel. Cheap 3 US dollars. Downside the shipping cost more than the part. I watched quite a few videos on cleaning air soft barrels and most said to use only alcohol over silicone oil cause the oil will slow the BB down. So with some cut up lens cleaning pad ( the ones you clean your reading glasses with) and some alcohol ( rubbing alcohol ) and run it through the barrel a few times it keeps your barrel clean and ready for battle.

Re: Air soft BB's
Hi, Good tip, I just looked at
www.evike.com
website, A lot of interesting Airsoft related products, There seems to be some doubt as to whether they ship to the UK,
I was wondering if "Acrylic" thinners would be a good substitute instead of alcohol for cleaning the barrel,
I have this thing about Alcohol,
I prefer not to waste it cleaning gun barrels
Shaun.
