Got a bit of a run on .
Took him outside and let the day warm him up ready for the first go.
I just winged it, no pencil marks, no idea !!

Of Course you "winged" it. Imagine that 6 man Crew arguing about line drawings on the tank before brushing on the camo, while 101st passes by behind them unnoticed, because the 6 of them cant find a common pattern ;)

Why would the commander worry about how his crew wanted to paint the camo on his tank? He'd tell them how he wanted it done and they'd do as they were instructed. That's why rank exists on the military. ;) :haha:

Well Herman is the commander, it's his tank, sooooo he painted it how he wanted it. Just like in real life! :haha: ;)

Cant wait to see the 3rd colour coming along Herman. Tomorrow I will add the clasps to my stowage boxes and then start painting my Panther, but have to double check, that I didnt miss any Detail I wanted to add, before I start.

All the prep, all the apprehension, all the images in the head..............go out the window when the airbrush fires up for the first application :shifty:
The hardest thing is to picture how much room you need when all the colours are on, not just the first one.
too much and things get crowded, not enough and its too open........... :crazy:

I think that a leviathan like these are, no way the 101st wold miss it, let alone the USAAF fighter bombers(Jabo's) :think:
