And another flaming Fury.

Post by hobo_keith »

Hello,

Apologies for the massive lack of originality and accuracy - but I enjoyed fettling it. I like to see it alongside the other two I started with - three allied Shermans must count as a collection. Thanks to all who post their stuff here, and sorry for the shameless plagiarism of your work and ideas!

That's a regular little troop you have there now, Keith. Perfecting a (recognisable) style in art or music often means concentrating on a particular theme, and the same applies to tanks. Your style is evolving nicely and, as for plagiarism, hardly anything on this planet is entirely original (and that certainly applied to the jokes I used to tell after a wee dram to two :haha: ). We all learn from others. If I were you, I'd be very pleased with myself. :)

Sincere thanks chaps, I really appreciate the encouragement - already looking forward to the next one. I might even finish this model properly one day. I just wish I could get the lights working when I use this M4 with my Spectrum DX6i, it's all standard Tamiya gear inside and works well, but there are a few quirks with the digital radio. I'd also like to work out a way of starting it from the tx. Any answers always appreciated. Been following your Cromwell build, Mr 43rd - it's quite an adventure! Cheers again all, Keith
