No if you've already got a remote volume no need to change it.

Also although this is IBU RVC it will also control other electronics with the regular HL/Taigen style volume socket. And spare radio channel.

How would you use this on the base version if you need a spare channel? mine have 4 and one for recoil..there's no where to plug it in.

Ian can I use this neat setup to control the volume on any board that accepts the Heng Long Taigen 3 pin setup? Or is only going to calibrate properly with my ibu2 board?

Thank you

Carl

It's just a radio-controlled potentiometer, you'd be able to use it with anything; and I mean literally anything. It wouldn't even have to be speaker volume; you could hook this up to control turret rotation speed, light brightness or smoker output if you really wanted to.

If you only have a 4 Channel radio it will not work. If you have a 6 Channel radio one end of the RVC plugs into your receiver on Channel 5 or 6, whichever has a pot on the radio, and the other end of the RVC plugs into the port where your volume knob would plug in on the IBU.
