That's a very nice looking panzer Mr Tiggr. Interesting camo design. Does it have the charging port for the battery too?

Hi Carl, yes, it's complete with external charging port.
So
It needs replacement Feifel hoses, numbering, light weathering and a Beier sound card to get it as I want it before it goes to the Front.

Picture courtesy of rctank.de (Which is where I bought this Tiger).
I imagine the barbed wire was the fore runner of Zimmerit

According to commentary, the barbed wire was to prevent Soviet infantry from easily mounting the vehicle when in close combat.
At times the armour lost contact with its infantry support for many reasons & they must have had issues with infantry accessing the top of the machine & disabling it. Perhaps not a Tiger, but any event would have sent units running top line hardware into a spin to stop it happening......

Was a fairly common thing to have Tigers strewn with wire across different units.

Nice Tiger , looks great Tiggr.
Are those decals stickers like H/L or proper water soak ones?
Are you going to put the barrel rings decal on , that will be a challenge?
Don't get your panties in a bunch , we still got hand weapons and the fifty!

Thanks c.rainford73 she is my first at recreating a specific tank. I'm working on Ernst Barkmanns Panther G 401 at the moment, imagine what a regiment we could have if we could all meet up what a tank battle recreation that would be :)

Thanks Aussie. They are water soak ones - and yes the barrel rings sticker was a bit of a bugger to do.
