Sounds a good idea, I think the winter edition at tankde comes with the winter tracks.

Pic they have for them.

I would be careful about those winter tracks. The photo that I saw of the winter tank did not have winter tracks. According to Erik, they only manufactured the tracks for one side so far. The sampletank that he got had just one side but they were using them for both sides and you could definitely tell that something was off. I also think the tanks from IMEX might have better gear boxes in them. And they're putting the 3:1 in the P4 right now but IMEX might use the 4:1, and I would also check to make sure that the tanks available right now have steel gears and not zinc.

Thank goodness for "IMEX-ERIC", RCU and people like you Gary who exert pressure on Taigen to get the changes in the new PZ4 which would almost certainly have gone ahead unchanged otherwise.
More strength to you sir.

I'd like to see the Taigen release from IMEX first. They need to fix the rollers, but I also hope that that the metal hull is encased in plastic detail. I'm sure they have many of the same wrong details on the rear hull as HL. But, as long as they're plastic, they can be fixed easily. The turret on rctank.de looks better with a better mantlet (no added spacing and correct width) and turret storage bin. But the painted and unpainted pictures don't match. The painted pictures look like the old HL turret. Be interesting to see what really gets fixed and released when IMEX gets them.

Those don't look the right winterketten. They have the center ice cleat insert, but shouldn't they also have the v-shaped ice cleats on the track bar (same as the late style tracks)?

Here's a shot of the back end, Philip, does this answer any questions?

And the tracks on this sample tank seem to have the v shape on the track that you referred to, Philip, which is just one more reason to be careful about ordering the tank currently available, as opposed to waiting for Imex to get theirs. I saw the same type thing with the Jagdtiger, the early European release came with zinc gears, but the Imex version has steel.

Here you can also see that they only have tracks for one side so far. The near side track in the photo appears to be on backwards, but that's because the tracks are side-specific and so far they only have one side.

And this even has the trailer pin so I can tow my two-drum fuel trailer! @) @)

Since we're speculating about what HL might come out with next ...

I'll sell a kidney if they come out with this beaut:

But I'll gladly take a Chieftain or Centurion too.
