Thanks silversurfer. Rctanks australia have a unit that doesn't require soldering but its been out of stock for months so your information is really useful and iv'e just ordered from tank-modellbau.

Here is the rctanksaustralia product that Max-U52 sent me. It works nicely. Have to just sort out my flash. It's intermittent at times..

I think they are not going to be produced anymore unless we pool up our money and pre order them? I would gladly buy more
