Much going on right now in my busy life but tonight I was able to sneak away to the work shop and start to paint the camoflouge pattern.

It evolves as I paint and it still needs a wash applied and streaking etc...

Started out with two different colors of green to add depth to the model.

Model air pale green base then model air Gunship green by vallejo

Then I added Tamiya flat brown base with a touch of model air burnt umber.

Nice clean camojobe there. Looks like you have a steady hand and a decent airbrush at hand

If no one knew it was a kit, they would swear it came from a shop! Top marks on the build and the paint.

OK so here's where the Nashorn is at...

Added two different washes and toned down the camoflouge with a filter. Added soot to the exhausts and rear fighting compartment outer edge. Did some detailing to the gun. Need to finish the gun sight tomorrow.Image Front spare track links added. Detailed the undercarriage with a mix of both Vallejo acrylics oiled earth and fine dirt.

Custom made steel toe cable fitted. Metal jack and brackets mounted.

Attached the slew motor swing arm to the lower gun base

Will need to finish the details on the tracks tomorrow night and mount them.

Then the electronics will need to be ordered.
