Waltersons T-72

Post by Jake79 »

I couldn't remember if we'd seen this vid on the forum or not. I remember a few pics..anyways I'm looking forward to this tank being released. I have a Panther for my summer build and this will have to be my next buy... gotta have one! This looks like the basic version, I think there's going to be three like bas pro platinum bit like H/L.

Hi Jake.
Looks nice but I find the Waltersons tanks are well overpriced for what you get.Having said that they are nicely finished.I would think the main parts of the body might well be the same as the trumpeter kit??.So we might be able to RC the Trump kit.we'll have to wait and see!!. Brian...

Hey Brian

I hear what your saying..I've never thought to buy a Waltersons thought as you, overpriced for what you get..
If you have a look here a link from Mcevoyi's thread you can see the base version, there's a description here and more pics showing better the detail. Sounds not so bad for the base price.

Looks like they're using different moulds to the Trumpeter kit, it seems missing the surface detail we saw earlier.
