Yes it's plugged and set up as required. I have tried the original Taigen board again and everything is working as should be.The problen is the Ibu3. It's not the first time I have been sent faulty equipment Ian .can you please sort it out.

Sounds like you need a better battery, the one with the tank is pretty dreadful, worth trying with a decent quality one before blaming the electrics.TANKYTOPY wrote:Yes it's plugged and set up as required. Edit: I also see you're running a tarr smoker, which are pretty current hungry, with the stock green battery it's no wonder it's not working properly.

Also your tone is pretty out of order, making accusations of conning because you can't get something to work isn't the best way to go....

TRUST ME I KNOW EXACTLY how frustrating it can be! I had to go buy a dedicated laptop JUST for programing and to be able to talk to the IBU3. It does take a bit of tinkering, some require more but Ian is ALWAYS there to help. My 1st IBU3 locked up and Ian replaced it without hesitation and walked my dumb ass through how to program it so I'm SURE he can help you! After all he helped this baboon (ME) figure it out.
So before this gets out of hand and ugly let's take a deep breath and remember it's just a toy tank, not worth getting our dander up over it having some teething issues.
PM sent, we'll figure thus damn thing out yet! Just hang in there!

Re: IBU3 Airsoft recoil does not work
Hello
just for peoples information ,I am using a 7.2 volt vp racing battery 5000 mah . I also haven't said half the things that's went wrong with my experience with this so I have more than enough reason to feel the way I do. I am getting frustrated with a new hobby that was supposed to calm me done for a few spare weekend hours which is now taking over my life. All I'm doing is plugging in everything that needs plugging in ,exactly where it needs plugging in. simple as advertised plug and play .Please do not tell me I'm not doing this correctly. I also replace with original Taigen motherboard and everything works fine .so why shoulnt I get frustrated. Plug and go F##KING MAD is what it should be advertised as. But yes folks lets find a peaceful solution.

Re: IBU3 Airsoft recoil does not work
Its not my intention to come on here and shout about poor quality or service and make people look bad, on the contrary Ian has replaced every faulty item I have received and apologised . I am now on my 3rd IBU3 unit and second flysky transmitter, first ibu 3 had sounds jamming like a stuck record player and strange movements . Then the transmitter wouldn't transmit , second ibu3 woulnt fire on airsoft and now 3rd ibu3 doesn't fire airsoft correctly either . Each time Ian has admitted a problem and Apologised and replaced. maybe I am unlucky I got these units. So try and understand my position that I feel I am getting sent things from the broken parts bin. As I said Ian has replaced everything no problem to his credit and I think this is just a software issue now. maybe its my computer .who knows .I will try to resolve it peacefully .

We'll move this all to open forum so others may benifit.
Is it set to run on a lipo battery on nmh battery?
Tom may be right it may be a battery issue. My IBU3 is powered by a 7800mah lipo battery, it'll power my Jagdtiger in SERIOUS off road conditions with the TARR smoker and volume almost all the way up for about 2-2.5 straight hours. If I switch back to a nmh battery maybe 15 min before it doesn't run right.
