Nice work Ice,I would be tempted to look at the eyes again, the americans eyes need to be "levelled" as he looks like he has one eye looking in one direction and the other in another, and the germans eyes look too big to me, i.e the cornea and pupil, as there is very little white of the eye showing, a lighter highlight on the raised flesh areas would also go well, but blend it insoftly.
Hope you don't take the comments the wrong way or are offended by them as I dont wish to offend just trying to help out.
Eyes are one of the most difficult thing to paint on a figure, and it took me alot of practice to get them looking right, if done wrong they can really spoil the look of a figure so as a tip what I did to learn hoe to get them right I drew sets of eyes at the scale I wanted to paint at the correct distance apart and painted them in, this was done quite a few times but with practice and experimentation you can get some really nice effects as well as learn to get your eyes fixed straight and sized correctly.

I recognize that figure very well
They shall not grow old as we who are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
WE WILL REMEMBER THEM
