Where to post?

Post by Max-U52 »

Hi Guys, I'm ready to post the video build log for the M1, but as usual, I have no idea where it belongs. Should it go in the Heng Long build section or the Modern Tank section? Or both?

Gary you are a trouble maker, constantly searching for a fight, last time it was tax evasion (And we still havn't dried out the tea leaves) and now you are off again :haha: :haha:
Seriously I would put it in the Heng Long Builds (Modern) along with the Leo's and Challengers, after all if I could afford to build a Centurion even though the first Squadron served in Germany in the dying days of WW2 it would still fit more comfortably in the Modern section.
Shaun.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

Tax evasion? I think you have me confused, Sir. But I'm not trying to be a trouble-maker, I just get confused because we have so many different boards. Not to mention that there's always someone ready to jump down my throat if I put it in the wrong place. I'm still a little nervous after watching Paul get the boot so I just want to be sure I'm following the proper protocol. When it comes to my hobby and my favorite forum, conflict is the last thing I want so I ask. I'll put it up in Heng Long builds right now. You guys just might like my little "Angelus Mortis".

"..But I'm not trying to be a trouble-maker, I just get confused because we have so many different boards"...quoth the imitable Max-U52 '
I think that was Rcuniverse, Gary, but we''ll make allowances for ageing braincells :lolno: :lolno:
You could always put if in 'Days out' (for fun), or 'Things to fix on your new tank'... (as a prequel to a Gary masterclass  )
or, if it's a real beaut..you could post it to ME!! :D

I'm just a little confused, Roy. At RCU they just have one main menu where all the threads are listed. Here at home have a lot of different boards for different things. Like General discussion, general questions, Build logs, off-topic, etc, and I'm just never sure which one of those my thread should be on. At RCU it's pretty easy because you only have one choice. I'm not saying either method is better I'm just saying that the more options I have the easier I get confused. That's why I find it better to just ask if I'm not sure. Now, if I had done a build on a heng long P4 I would know to post it in heng long but there are about 3 different boards for modern tanks so I wasn't sure which one to use. But thanks a lot for just automatically giving me a Mulligan. That's pretty cool to know that you always cut me a little Slack. 8)

I'd say H/L modern build would be perfect.
