Taigen Panzer IV gun removal?

Yes you are correct......
and you may not have to think about taking it apart any further to check for a blockage.

I can separate the gun from the turret part way and was able to unblock without even removing the gun from the turret completely.

If needed the inner sleeve aluminum slides out with a bit of a pull and twist.

Ok guys I've figured it out, it just needed a good tug to pull it apart and then one more screw(one was missing) to remove the barrel. Thanks for the help. :wave:

Just saw this. Listening to the video, the spool-up sounded a little long and like it never cocked the spring, so to speak. If there isn't a blockage in the barrel, check the gears on the motor and the gun's cocking mechanism. They might not be engaging. New guns are about $10 from Imex. If you just got it, you can probably talk to Erik about a replacement and see what he can do to help you.

I've just ordered a new unit from forgebear, should be here today or tomorrow. Being brand new to these tanks I didn't notice that there were wires not connected to rear connector.

Brian are you talking about these two coming off the back of the airsoft unit? Also good job on ordering from Forgebear he is quite a good person!
