Gotta say guys you have inspired be to get mine done. No comparison to a pristine new one. I accept spoke their preferences, but the tanks in these pics really are spot.
Mine is coming with a custom paint and fully built so I think a T34 from scratch to go with it.
If it's OK with you I'll put pictures of my Tiger for comments/advice?

Yep, seems to be happy so far, hope that he still does like it when he sees it in the flesh.

Hi Stuart
I am really interested in the rust and weathering effect you have achieved on the tracks. Would you be able to put a frontal photo of the tank or do you have a shot of the tracks please?
I am planning to 'muddy' my Tiger 1 up a bit but realistically i should rust up the tracks first.

 Good to see that the King of Corrosion has not quit the throne just yet. Having admired your other perished Panzer efforts, I'd been waiting for another quantum leap in Armoured 'shabby chic'; and this example doesn't disappoint. A detailed description of tools, techniques, and materials used would be appreciated, I'm sure.

Hi Pete, are these any good?

I left the black and then painted direct on with metallic steel spray paint, then once dry I started adding the rust pigments-a messy job.

This is my other Tiger, if any help.

Are you sure you want a description on techniques? I don't think I am that good lol.

By the way, thank you, glad you enjoy my work.

Eddie I am also very interested in your track painting process. Maybe a few photos during your next build and we can follow along.

You seem to make them really crusty and rusty I also see some metallic maybe rubbed on like a Tamiya weathering kit? Or is that the metallic paint showing through
Tanks alot....
