How do you glue rubber pads on Leopard 2A6 metal tracks?

Post by SteelBird »

I recently got the Mato's metal tracks for my Heng Long Leopard 2A6. I know the rubber pads need to be glued into the track links or they will fall off. I did it but nightmare happens. I used 502 (a brand made in Vietnam) glue and the extra glue liquid spill into track links and the links get stuck. How serious? about 30% ~ 40% of links now are stuck. I have to deal with them one by one and some are unrecoverable.

I'd like to know how do you do with yours, and is there similar problem like mine?
H/L Pantiger, H/L Leopard 2A6, Mato Panzer III, Hybrid Tiger 1 and some tank wreckage
