hi guys my first atempt at painting tank commanders, what do you think , comments good or bad welcome, havent finished the pershing commanders  helmet yet.

Of all the things that I wish I could paint, but can't to save my life, it's a tank commander. Any chance of a picture by picture 'how to' from anyone?
