That's a tankapault. It's so they can launch tanks over a enemies wall and invade castles and such.

I think it's to do with the turret and gun stabilising system and calibration

Or it was to make sure the camo pattern matches up from the air ?..lol

Don't be silly, it's German. Now they've cottoned onto the emissions cheating software they've put a gyro into the system. If they tilt to that angle the system works for the test.
