'GRETA'.

Post by eddiesolo »

Here is the finished build for a customer. He wanted it damaged and looking battle worn.

So, here is Greta.

Absolutely love it! The weathering, rust and damage are superb

Thanks mate, was a long project, red oxide primed, top coat, chipping, then damage and weathering-it seemed to go on forever lol.

Certainly looks they could be on the same field of battle :D Lovely looking Tiger Stuart.

I am glad this is done, you have to learn to stop...in my case it is always 'what can I add/do' then you make a mess of it.

Eddie super job with your Tiger I too can be guilty of the dreaded overdoing and adding at times.... I find myself doing this from time to time.

As usual Eddie you have weathered it to a very high standard

Stuart your Tiger is very nicely done also wonder if you fellows were secretly spying on each other during the builds.... Lol

Thumbs up to both of you from a big Tiger fan

Carl

:D Thanks Eddy and sgt malarkey, c rainford. i must admit i have done even more since my pic was taken of my grey tiger , i agree eddy it is hard to stop at times there is always something else that can be done , but when do you reach the point of being overdone , i guess that is down to personal preferences though. :)

With this being for a customer it was a balance of what he wanted and me not going mad and spending loads on embellishments :D

I did however add the light cables, the smoke launcher main and tube cables.
