Guys, I was there, I am in the video, lol. The Axial guy was thrashing his truck around and deliberately crashing it, he was just ranting the thing around and didn't care whether it crashed or not. He rolled it plenty of times.
The Sherman rollover was due to nothing more than something that you cannot see in the video, it was a very narrow ledge, and one false move makes a tank slip off the edge.
It is at a place called Rhoose Point in South Wales. The course around the area is deliberately mapped to make it as difficult as possible. Some of the slopes are almost vertical and loose shale, and it's more luck than judgement as to whether anyone completes the course without crashing out. It's the best outdoor place for running tanks that I have ever come across, it's huge, the tank course takes about an hour to get around. The amazing thing is that all of the terrain is perfect for 1/16 scale, and tank battles with long range IR shots are excellent.
It's also full of lakes, so good for boats and amphibious craft as well. I wish it was nearer to me as it is the best place in the UK to run 1/16 scale tanks. I have spent the day there a few times in the sunshine and not got bored.
