Re: Our Hull Dimensions For A Jagdpanther Project
Hi FireflyKeith ,
Nice work , I like it . I bought the HL S&S Panther ages ago and altered the frontal armour and as at the time I was trying to do it as cheeply as I could because I didnt think it was worth spennding to much on this tank . I also bourght so resin dishes for the wheels , however my dad had to turn the wheels in his lathe to get the dishes to look half descent . and then I added all those bolt heads it took ages . I have now givern this tank to my son its not peferct and needs more work but he likes it . I have often considered chopping the body to make it narrow and the lengthen it but I think its better to leave it be . Ive recently had the plans enlaged for the Ausf G model and was thinking of scratch building the turret and top body then instaling the HL electronics , buying the bottom and altering it ? But you cant do everything at once so Im trying to get my Tiger I and Stug finished.
All the best little tankman
