Not wishing to defend the shoddy service you have received, but in this instance the stain & corrosion you show is probably left over from the water based cleaning agent Heng Long use to remove flux from the board after manufacture- i've seen it before on their boards.

I would also hazard a guess that water based cleaning agents are used as they are more enviromentally friendly, though that is just a hunch. No excuse for sending out faulty goods and then refusing to exchange them though. Surely you have consumer protection laws over there?

This is an eye opener for new tankers like me especially the post of Brel regarding Mato products.

With regards to using credit cards online...I almost got burned once. After that brief scary moment, I never use any other cards except my American Express. American Express (based on my experience with them) is the best when it comes to protecting their customers. Highly recommended.
