Heng Long sherman with HVSS suspension?

Is it possible to put tamiya HVSS suspension on a Heng long Sherman?

Anything is possible with enough glue and sheet styrene but a simpler solution would be to match up a Tamiya lower ( with suspension ) with a Heng Long upper and turret.

I should of been more specific, mainly i wanted to know how to do it, where to get the HVSS suspension and stuff.
