WHICH 1/16 KITS TO BUY?

Post by Pebs434 »

Hi Everybody,
After months of trawling websites to no avail it's time to ask the experts.
During my first year of 'Tanking' I've learnt that I don't just want to buy ready built tanks and personalise them. My main enjoyment is in the building. The ultimate being the 1/16 Tamiya kits but their price is quite restrictive.
I've built the two Hobbyboss models (T34 and Tiger) and I would like to build similar but I'm struggling to find anything out there. Can anybody recommend any 1/16 kits (RC or not) for me to have a go at. Any military vehicle considered, tracked or not.
Thank you.

Is that actually out? I've seen loads of pre-order adverts for pre-built but not one for the actual kit.

Check out the Trumpeter King Tiger kit, over 2000 pieces! I was lucky to score one at a great price but upon getting the damn thing I'm not sure I'll ever build it.

I'd like to have 450 eur + shipping for each. I have to admit that they were made only 500 pieces
