IBU3 Firmware 0.15 now available

Minor bug fixes and enhancements as below notes. No PC software updated needed so latest version 1.0.0.3 is fine

* - Fixed problem of FW0.11 IBU3 would update to latest firmware but could not communicate with PC

* - Fixed problems in the transition during pivot turning with superspin set to 0 and brake simulation ON/OFF (in first case ran the brake, in second case the tank run backwards)

* - Braking control: now the command is applied in the pulse output, to make it more realistic (in previous versions the motors are instantaneously stopped)
* - On release of the superspin is applied the same command used for braking. (Otherwise performed at least half of a revolution)
* - Fixed order radio channels: 5-6-7-8 were reversed
