Summerlea museum meet

We had a meet this weekend at the Summerlea museum it was a good turn out with plenty of tanks on show met some new friends as well great weekend.

Tankmad, excellent show of Armor! I can almost see the sparks igniting in that kids eyes that will lead to another Hobbyist coming along one day.

Thanks guys only the ones on the artificial turf belong to me the other ones belong to other guys like glasgowtanker.

It intrigues me that they are displayed under a sign that says "model boat club". New DD tanks? ;D

They are branching out I have known this boat club for as long as I can remember didn't know until recently they have tanks as well.

Hi Looks like you have enough guys to start your own club up there , just need to find somewhere to hold it.

Great day was had by all. I have been a member of the model boat club for a long time now , but the members are also into tanks , cars , drones etc so this was a first attempt at getting them to bring the tanks to a generic model show along with the boats. One member of the club was so excited by the tank turnout he couldn't resist a bit of free poblicity lol. Many thanks the the 2 Stevens (tank mad and doclarson ) for attending with their cracking models!
