Got some more pictures I streanthened the hull by adding a couple or brass tubes going accross the hull as it felt a bit flimsy even though its a metal hull all that should be left to do now is cosmetic.

Got round to getting some cosmetic work done on the JT I have put the zim on I tried to get the effect you can see on the real tank with the zim falling off of the tank. The Germans were getting desperate at the end of the war and wanted these tanks on the battlefield. It looks like by the photos that finnishing touches like the zim were rushed to get them into the war quicker. I used the Tamiya King Tiger zim sheets and cut them with a stanly knife to get the effect before applying them on to the tank I also fitted some track hangers thanks to Dog for the advice on how to fix them. I also took the track guards off and fitted the brackets on.

Too funny. I got Pete's first Jagdtiger top. I did what you did and took an old King tiger hull but I removed the old drive system and replaced it with HL gear boxes. I retro fitted an upgraded airsoft unit in it. My tank has heavy metal tracks so I needed the 3:1 gear reduction. It runs great. I will add a link to a youtube video

I had picked up a couple of Pete's works (late model Stug and Jagdpanzer) so I asked if he was interested in trying his hand at a Jagdtiger. He said he would so I supplied him with a couple of tamiya KT tops and his first one he gave to me and the second you picked up on ebay.

Hi Thomas Pete does some nice work on the scratch builds I have seen a lot of his tanks on ebay I always wanted a Jagdtiger so when the top came up I could'nt resist it to buy one from tankzone it would cost £1000 thats too much for me. I like your jagd looks like mine now I have painted it I will put the photos on soon its not the time after Tony's death. :-[

Pete does great work. My JT weights alot given the metal tracks and gear box. But in the end it runs great.  I also picked up a jagdpanzer from Pete. It also looks great. It is amazingly low. It took some work but I was able to fit in an airsoft unit. I was hoping Pete would do somemore variants. HL should get some of his work and start mass producing them (lol)

Well lads I finally finnished the jt so here is the pics for your inspection I finnished it off with a metal working headlight and a led machine gun and a anti air defance mg 42 on the engine deck it also fires bbs and has s&s I tested it yesterday and the speed is real slow which is good as this tank would have been the slowest tank in the war if there is interest I will post more pics with diarama.
