Take a look at the Elmod Fusion Eco, it will do everything that you could ever ask of an RC Tank.

The tank dynamics programming screens are here:
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=17673&start=20
Just use the supplied USB to connect the tank to your PC, (Windows or MAC), start the program and select whatever you want until the tank is running exactly how you want it to. There are around 100 settings to play with??

There is a separate system for sound selection and editing. All channel volumes can be adjusted separately, gun sounds changed etc, whatever you want.
No need for separate amplifiers and it runs happily on an Nimh battery.

You can run the tank from the tx while it is plugged in so that you can test the settings 'live' before saving them.

It's all plug and play, all of the tank sounds for all tanks are supplied in the library on the sd card.

This is what it sounds like:

Don't forget the Beierelectronic soundcards. When using standard servo's and receivers to control the tank, those cards can sound like anything You'd want.

There are samples aplenty, it comes with a dvd fùll of them, even with exotics like bulldozers and snowcats.

i'm really really in love with the Beier Soundmodul systems... i own 3 USM-HL myself, for the RX18 boards, in a near future i will swap the tank electronics to a new one a friend of me and member of the Panzergruppe Tarraco is developing, and i will put for sure the USM-RC2 version of the beier boards in my tanks... they are so much customizable that i will have 'problems' working with other brands.

as a exemple

Magic. :D

The ability for the tank to idle and rev is a must have.
I need to look into getting a TARR smoker running in tandem with a sound system such as those.
