If the OP will allow a slight interruption in his thread, I got those tracks, sprockets and idlers from Forgebear to replace the hollow HL metal tracks that my Sherman came with. They were the same type of set as the ones made for the original MATO Sherman, just in metal. The sprockets on mine were setup to use a HL gearbox axle. They used to offer these in both HL and MATO tho'. Pic:

There is nothing hollow about this set.

I do appreciate this but shouldn't need to be changing things on a 2day old tank that cost £600plus.

Specially 3 times after less than an hours use

Yeah I agree. For the price you paid it should be bulletproof.

I have a couple Panzer III and PIV mato tracks and I must say the PIII lasted for kilometers with no issues (apart that the pins keeps loosing). Maybe they changed the materials to others cheaper ones...

But yeah, definitelly I have heard horror storys about metal mato tanks. Pot metal that breaks everywhere, hatches broken the first time they were open and tons of things like that.

So I think it would be better to stay away from them...

Wow! Missed this when I posted on your other thread and I'm really sorry to hear this :( - as I pointed out, I have the M36 and not the issues some seem to be having. Actually I'm wondering whether I have been lucky or it's just that I haven't really run my Mato that much.
Given the price of these Mato tanks this really is unacceptable quality and QC I have to say. I'm going to press on with my M36 project but I'm also shelving my plans to get the Mato P3, which was on the cards before this. Looks like it's back to Torro for me.

This is a bad experience for someone new (and I'm pretty new myself) but don't give up - there are better options out there and much fun to be had with this hobby. Hope you get a refund sorted.
