Ian Hi, What a good idea,
I am assuming that because it is only dependant on having a spare channel on a receiver it does not matter what after market control board you have although of course if you have an ASP or an IBU3 there would be no need for it but great for a Clark board or an IBU2
Shaun.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

That’s correct Shaun. It’s a simply switch so can be worked with any electronics in any model.

Good morning,
So if I am getting this right, you simply screw your MG or Headlight wires into this block and plug the block into the MFU ? Even simple ones like the Taigen type or would you have to solder a connection?

Painless

Hi Painless,

I’ve attached a quick diagram of the changes.

It won’t work off the taigen or heng long electronics as the device needs a standard hobby grade radio signal, the type which controls servos. Sorry I was a bit generic before when I said other electronics

Good morning,
No problem. ;o) I was about to get excited. It would be cool to add some extra functionality to my older tanks. At least this will work to expand the IBU2 that I want to use in my Elefant.
Thanks, Tankbear for the clarification,
regards,
Painless
