They offer Hull Red which is too dark and not a true primer.
Is odd they don't do a genuine oxide primer in a pressure pack.

After dark yellow was painted, could now follow the camouflage stains. For all color tones I’ve used Tamiya acryl paintings, dark yellow (XF 60), olive green (XF 58) and red brown (XF 64); though was all color tones a bit changed.
Here I’ve started to apply with green camouflage stains; I don’t use a stencil, brushed was free hand with the assistance of a few reference pictures. Basically, not much changes; because the unit and also the camouflage is the same. But over time you get other ideas about the camouflage pattern.

All parts which will not receive a paint coat was masked or partly dismounted.

After the green stains now the brown camouflage stains…

Good to see; that the road wheels compared to predecessor were not camouflaged.

A picture from behind, unfortunately a bit too bright by my basement light…

…better; a bit more from top…

…and here now in top view.

So far for today.

nearly...
...masked were only the MG barrel and the cat eye; the camouflage pattern was sprayed freehand.

A question.. do you say that the camo is free hsnd brushed.. this meant with a brush or with an airbrush?
