Hi del&Spartan,
I must admit I do like the look of the 9XR PRO
. So what's it like? I'm so close to getting one BUT not sure as yet. I think it depends on what you two chaps and others say about it. I see that R.C.T. Aus, do them with tank firmware. Is this the way to go?? I think it's 185 us dollars. So not a bad price. Brian...

Hi Tom,
Yep I did see this one. But it's not on sale in the UK. I saw a review on it on another forum site that it is not legal in the UK!! something to do with power output. So was a bit confused plus it doesn't have an antenna wire so you have the mod it

Re: Elephant suspension sag!!!
That module does not have any antena because it uses the internal antenna of the turnigy 9xr pro, wich is inside that big handle. About if you can use or not in the UK, no idea, but I would buy it amnyway.brizo58 wrote:Hi Tom,

Hi Rad ooooops forget about the internal antenna
. Yes tom I did look at the orange module as well. Do you or Rob use the 9xr pro? If so is it easy to set up for tanks! I will be useing an IBU2 PRO. Any info and set up tips would be really helpful as never been down this road before. Brian...

I've a couple of 9x which I belive are fairly similar I find them fine to program. Took a couple of days to get my head round it but after that it's been ok.brizo58 wrote:Hi Rad ooooops forget about the internal antenna. Yes tom I did look at the orange module as well. The stock turnigy 9x software its completelly different to the 9xr pro. The stock 9x software is pure shit and the 9xr pro is awesome.tomhugill wrote:I've a couple of 9x which I belive are fairly similar I find them fine to program. Of course you can change the 9x software to a er9x but as I said many times around here you need an extra board or superfine soldering work in the radio.
