Hi, I've decided on this colour scheme

Can anyone tell me what the corresponding tamiya (or other) colour codes are for the yellow/green/red please? ??? ???

Base: Tamiya Dark Yellow XF60.
Green: Tamiya Olive Green XF58.
Brown: Tamiya Red Brown XF64.
