Dave-AKA Forgebear

Post by Challenger2Pete »

Well have just done a deal with Dave-AKA Forgebear for Metal Challenger 2 Tracks c/w Rubber Pads-Heng Long Metal Gear Box Metal Road Wheels & Idlers & Sprockets-360 Degree Turret Modification. Must say what a thoroughley pleasant guy even with me ringing him up 3-4 times, so it looks like i'm going to be busy modding my 'Chally 2' then after the mods camoflage paint job but the question is as my tank is Tamiya XF60 (Flat Dark Yellow) so do I go with Tamiya XF67 (Nato Green) as part of the camoflage or use XF 68 (Nato Brown) any help people would be great.
I will be airbrushing it as opposed to hand painting it.

Thanks
Challenger 2 Pete

Hi John, at present it is Tamiya XF60 (Flat Dark Yellow) not looking to totally re-paint just to give it a camoflage but undecided as whether to go with Nato Green or Nato Brown as piccies on the net have both ooooo decisions decisions!!
