All I've got is a T-34, so hope this helps:

Road wheel (w/tyre): 50.8 mm
       (w/out tyre): 48.8 mm
Return roller:       N/A
Track width:         31.5 mm

King Tiger ;
-track width O/A = 50mm
- idler O/D = 42mm
- roadwheel O/D = 49.5mm
- Sprocket 51.5mm

PZ IV:
- track width = 25mm
- Roadwheel O/D with tyre 28.5mm
- Idler = 43.5mm
- Sprocket = 44mm
- Return roller = 16mm

Stug III
- Track width = 25mm (winterketten 37mm)
- Roadwheel = 32.5mm
- Idler = 45mm
- Sprocket = 51mm
- Return Roller = 18mm

Tiger I
- Track width = 46mm
- Roadwheel = 49.5
- Sprocket = 48mm
- Too hard to measure in position !

All are over all diameters with tyres fitted.
Sprockets are root diameters not tooth height diameters.
