help, this is the problem my tiger has................

it has snapped one of the motor stand offs, cracked the outer gear casing, so if anyone has a dead tiger for about £20 i may well need it, or any ideas welcome as to how i can repair it.

Hi Dont worry about the outercase you can buy metal ones or someone will have some spare plastic ones ,the broken standoff is repairable cut a piece of metal tube about 5mm bore the same length as the standoff then place over standoff  with 3mm drill with gearbox in position drill though the gearbox mounting holes all the way through and fit a 3 mm screw from the underside and a nut on the inside a bit of thread lock and its done .

same happened to me, did what 971wright described but used a 3mm button head screw, it's rounded at the bottom so less chance of snagging
