Tony, tiger205

Post by tiger205 »

Hi everyone, this is Tony's wife, Alison, here. I really dont know how to write this but as I type Tony is in neuro intensive care at Southampton General Hospital, having suffered a massive brain haemorrage yesterday afternoon. The outlook is not very good Im afraid and Tony could really really do with all your positive thoughts right now. I will keep you updated as and when I can

Alison I am so sorry to hear that Tony is very poorly with a brain haemorrhage and my thoughts and prayers are with you and Tony. I do hope he makes a recovery of sorts and that he can enjoy his tanks again

Hello Alison,
I am so sorry to hear this about Tony.Allthough we have never met in person,I have become very fond of him here on the forum and consider him a very good friend and we seemed to have a lot in common.I know this is very serious and I would like for you to know we all here on the forum will be pulling for Tony and his doctors to get through this.My thoughts will be with you Alison and I so hope Tony can overcome this tragic situation.

I think its fair to say that Tony has made a lot of friends with people he's never actually met on this board, we'll all be thinking of him and hoping he pulls thru...

Just been talking to alison tonys wife and the news im afraid isnt good

the docs have given him a 50/50 chance of pulling through the night after a massive brain haemorrage

if he shows no sign of improvement in the morning then they will review there options

so we need to wish him a speedy recovery and pray that he pulls through

really glad i got to meet tony and hoping to do so again real soon

alison asked if i could post this in the general discussion so others could see it as well
