A pretty lame attempt from a newbie (not near the level of the experts on here ) but I thought I would have a go at copying the hobby boss 1/72 kit lol

Don't kick yourself mate, there are plenty in the world to do that for you if given a chance :haha:
I like it, quirky idea done well.
Was there no armour around the gun at all ?

Thanks for the kind words guys, I wish I had half the skill of you guys. I am fairly new to this ,did a half dozen last year and sold them off on eBay as this is just a big learning curve for me as my main hobby since I was a kid was RC model warships ( I will post some pics of them in the next few days now I have figured out how to lol).

Good stuff. Nobody started out knowing how to do any of this! Like any acquired skill- it always seems daunting or even impossible until you keep practicing. Then the next person feels the same way about what you are now doing! :)
