Tiger 1 parts
Hi as you know I am new to the forum and will be doing some work on my Tiger 1 tank, I am after a couple of components like a fire extinguisher, outlet cover for the ventilation and Transmission reinforcement plates. Does anyone know where I can purchase these from for my Tiger 1 tank.

Hi Kevin.
As per my other post re the vision port covers for the turret you can find a beautifully moulded fire extinguisher and the transmission covers on the Tamiya sprues which can be bought quite cheaply on line.
I assume when you talk about the ventilation cover you mean the one for the turret? There are a number of options here but I have a spare Build Your Own Tiger one if you want it...

Re: Tiger 1 parts
I can only imagine how your Geordie accent went down when you got to California,
I used to get fed up with folks asking if I was Australian
Goodness gracious one would cry, One is from Harrtfordshire don't you know
It went straight over the top,
I would visit friends in Portland, Oregon, and just about everyone would ask what part of Southern England was I from.
A lovely country,
I think the best word for the USA is "DIVERSE",
That reminds me while in Portland we had to take the car into an Audi dealers and my friend could not understand why I giggled like a 5 year old when we passed through "WANKER"
Shaun.

Too bad the ladies love the British accent over here

I was born there in 1968 and moved to South Africa in 74 And after 10 yrs living in Texas I had a yank accent

Miss Bishop a lot. I try to make it there at least every 2 yrs to see family !!
Cheers
Mark

Sugar land in fact.
In relative terms, Texans are like Collingwood supporters here....
"I'm from Texas, and I do not care what you think"
Love Texas, would live there in a flash.

Re: Tiger 1 parts
Well that's easy enough Herman, Just fly into Tijuana and do what everyone else does,
Walk across the road then hitch cross country from California to Texas,
Job done.
