Kevin If you scroll down the menu, you will come to the "BLACKLIST" and you will discover "NITROTEK" in pride of place.
For goodness sake take every care when /if your tank arrives to record any shortcomings and when the box arrives if it is damaged then I would refuse to accept the delivery and ask for my money back
The two biggest offenders when it comes to problems is "NITROTEK" and "TANKZONE"
To anyone thinking of buying a Tank or any upgrades you would do well to avoid these people.
