This took a timed hour using only a T square, a ruler and a pencil? No heat, or soldering iron.

I am thinking post war tanks, Berlin Wall, and isolate Shepton Mallet from Templecombe. :P

You do know the real truth behind the Pyramids dont you all ??.....................

Engineers

"Gather my finest Engineers, I wish to construct a glorious palace, fit for my legacy and all history to marvel at across the millennium"

Ok, they get the design, the labour force, the materials....................no Unions to slow down the progress

Worlds smartest Dumb-arses didnt put WINDOWS in it :O 8O 8O :wtf:

(Engineers meeting).........Um, the client is pissed right off, he's been out kicking Romes ass and gets back to see his new joint finished, but the site foreman didnt ask for a Variation Order to do any windows, even though he saw they were missing off the drawings, so he went on and finished it anyway............"Im not paid to be smart, I'm paid to get stuff done, you got the degree-you figure it out" he reckons :shifty:

So, what now ?, its been 20 odd years and he cant move in can he ?
Hes looking a bit pale lately eh..........

Ta-Daaaa............burial chamber :/ :haha: :haha:

I do so wish that Hermann would put more lemonade in his Fosters.... :D

Yes, I will cut a ruined effect into the brickwork, and windows/doors are all possible but difficult to do with a kitchen knife, I was just seeing whether an interlocking design would hold together, and thanks to how thick the polystyrene is, its all pretty solid. By cutting a sheet lengthways the walls are still plenty high enough and it doubles the length of the walls that can be created.

Cutting expanded polystyrene is always a problem, and usually very messy. The bits go everywhere. The only satisfactory way, i think, is using a hot wire cutter. i am sure a man of your ingenuity could magic one up somehow.

Made a start on the bridge ramps. Tile cement scored into stone wall shapes, then painted with very dilute grey, and spotted with burnt umber, all done while the cement was wet so that it soaks in and colours the cement, hopefully when tanks run into it the white won't show through. I have placed the commander of the 84th, Darth Stilton, next to it for scale..... :haha:

Just taken delivery of my DAK Flak 36 crew - identical quintuplets at present. I have also found a DAK Artillery Lt on American ebay, but coming from China, not cheap, but not the silly prices some are going for. I found a Wehrmacht equivalent had actually sold for over $60 !!! :/

Working on the tree bases. Going to be more rocky outcrops, I'm afraid. It's a bit like the Model ~T Ford, which you could have any colour, so long as it was black. You can have a tree base however you like, as long as it's rock!

Trust me when I say this, your scenery skills surpass anything I can achieve by a country mile, I don't mind what colour it is!! :P

Ok, ammo crates, done one, another on the go, they are a pretty close match, so how many do we need??
