Desert Storm M2 Bradley and crew

Post by MichaelC »

Hi all,

Got this Verlinden Desert Storm US Tanker for cheap at a local hobby show ($15 CAD) and will be pairing it with my Bradley. I would imagine that figure is more popular now with the Heng Long M1 release. Anyway, looks okay in the turret, but not so much standing next to it. The Bradley is 1/18 C21, and as always, the Verlinden is closer to 1/15 than I 1/16.......

Thanks guys....... I didn't amputate as so much of not gluing them on......... I used couple of magnets and mounted them into the bodies so that they can pose free standing if needs be.

I guess mine is magnetized......... :-)

That soldier must be from Iowa cuz he's one big, corn-fed sonofa ... @)

The real difference between 1/16 and 1/18 never ceases to amaze me when placed side by side. Especially Jeeps!
When FDR coined the phrase "The Arsenal of Democracy", he was talking about Detroit. Proud to live in the 2nd most violent city in America!!
