Hey Guys,

After so much time, I am getting the Tiger I bought almost a year ago, nearer completion. I have a number of changes from the stock kit including upgraded tensioners, hull brace and schumo reductions. I also changed the battery to a 'shorty' 4200mah Lipo pack as the schumo units don't allow the standard batteries to fit in. It means a weight reduction, but I am thinking of upgrading the tracks to metal units at some stage so will add weight there.

I have been doing some testing and driving it around, and there are some problems with turning, hoping for some help from you guys...it should be noted that I changed the controls so I have throttle and rudder on left stick, and turrent and gun controls on right. All I did was swap the RUDD and TRAVERSE connectors on the receiver. Re-initialised the DMD and did the calibration.

Everything is working fine except the steering. There seems to be some 'blank' areas of control on the rudder stick and the tank will not pivot. I will be driving straight forward and then add rudder,, it starts to turn and then stops altogether. In a test, at no throttle, I move the stick full left and advance the throttle....nothing. Same happens to the right. Its almost like the Tx and DMD are not reading the full travel of the sticks. BTW, this is the kit that comes with the Tamiya Tx & Rx so its not a compatibility issue. I have tried calibrating the DMD many times, and still the same....

Any ideas?
