tom, someone in the forum purchased a set and I just thought it would be great for the M48 (And M60 obviously.....)

You need to unsolder the one from the control wiring (They are serially wired which was kinda weird) and I am not too sure if the one will burnt out faster, but I am doing this as a novelty and not planning on having it on all the time. Besides, it is so bright it blinds everyone that try to look at it. You just plug it into the 2S lipo charge plug, a free channel on the receiver and that's it. No extra wiring for the power or the control. It is pretty slick.
